Return Policy
At Voeux India, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders placed.
Important Notes:
- Perfumes are non-returnable products.
- Returns or replacements will only be accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days with a mandatory unboxing video at support@voeux.in or call us at 0261 4399605 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to approval upon receipt of the returned product.
Key Points:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment source. Customers may need to share their bank details if required.
- A 2.5% fee (payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placement, as we strive for fast dispatch and delivery.
